Management's Reports on Internal Control

As directed by Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002: the SEC's Final Rule: Management's Reports on Internal Control Over Financial Reporting and Certification of Disclosure in Exchange Act Periodic Reports (the ''SEC Rule'') requires annual reports to include management's report on internal control over financial reporting.
