Citta, Mano, Vinnana - A Psychosemantic Investigation

In this report, an attempt is made to clarify the psychological contents of three Pali terms. The approach is psychological rather than linguistic.
Citta is most commonly translated by: thought(s), mind, heart, mood, emotion, idea, reasoning, attitude, consciousness.
Mano: mind, thought, inner sense.
Vinnana: consciousness, discriminative consciousness, rebirth-consciousness, relinking, consciousness, cognition, intellect, intellection, intelligence.
